Remember a time when you had that extra bounce in your step?
Remember when you could stand up from a chair without a struggle? You were able to get in and out of the car comfortably? In and out of bed easily? Or in and out of a booth at a restaurant? How about getting the clothes out of the dryer, or dishes in and out of the dishwasher.
If it is not as easy as you remember it, you are not getting old you are aging, and moving less than you used to.
You may have purchased a walk-in tub, a taller car, a washer and dryer on a pedestal that is prolonging your comfort. Eventually, you will find these things difficult to use even with the easy access now.
Why not keep moving? No, I didn’t say exercise, I said moving.
I am like you, a person who dislikes gyms and your typical exercises. I am also a person who no matter how long I live I want to live life to its fullest. To continue to play with my grandkids on the floor. Teach them to sew as they sit on my lap; I push the pedal and they maneuver the fabric. To be by a friend's side, if and when it is ever needed, without hesitation.
This is a program, not a video, a live in-person program (brought to you via Zoom) that will help you with your: balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance, and a new mental picture of your life and the world around you.

2 - 1-hour classes a week
Classes are held M and Th 11 am to 12 pm
approx 90 classes beginning January 18th, 2021
Students will have 6 - 60-minute individual meetings with the instructor spread throughout the year.
Objectives: Balance, Flexibility, Strength, and Endurance
Goals: Comfort, Ease of movement, pick up and carry objects easier, long walks, climb stairs, enjoy life.
