Below are descriptions for our online classes and fitness programs. If you have questions about where you would fit in, join me each Monday, 2 to 3 pm MST-Arizona. Circuit training is a way to get a full body workout: core, arms , back and legs. Each exercise is one minute, there is a 20 second break then on to the next exercise. There are 12 exercises per set and we will do 3 sets in 1 hour.
Level 1 - Get your feet wet, become stronger and more flexible
Level 2 - Jump in, you can still move at your own pace, but it is more challenging.
Don't lose your ability to balance, to walk backwards, to bend over and pick up the grand-babies. We work the brain letting it know that we can do what we used to do. Balance and coordination go hand-in-hand. The second half of the class we spend on the floor working on our flexibility.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM). I am also certified to teach Essentrics. This amazing program is perfect for the person who hasn't moved in a while to the athlete and everyone in between. There are 3 levels : 1. Rise, for those who want to start moving again 2. Gentle, begin to strengthen and tone the body. 3. Strength and Toning, for the active adult who wants to stay in shape.
It was designed with dance/ballet, physio Therapy, and Tai Chi.
30 minutes of walking steping and moving while keeping that hoop spinning. It is a fun cardio/ core workout.
This group is about community. We do things together even outside our online classes. Now that we are virtual, and social distancing has entered our lives, we chat online. Join us. It is all part of being a part of a community. There is a fitness program for everyone.
